ACP CreativIT Announces Key Leadership Appointments

The board of directors of ACP CreativIT, an IT solutions provider made up of Arlington Computer Products and Camera Corner Connecting Point, is delighted to announce the appointment of Scott Dunsire as chief executive officer and Darin Aprati as chief financial officer, effective immediately. The company has more than $180 million of annual revenue, 100 years of family ownership heritage and more than $3 billion of IT and audio-visual solutions delivered since inception.

Dunsire has served as president of the company since December 2017, and was instrumental in ACP’s merger with CCCP in the fall of 2018. He previously served as vice president and general manager for Channels at Hewlett Packard in the Americas for more than a decade.

Dunsire said, “I appreciate the confidence of our board and employees, and am excited to continue to build on the strong foundations of both ACP and CCCP to lead us into the future as CEO.”

Arly Guenther, who will retire from the CEO role as planned but remain vice chairman of the board and a significant shareholder added, “I have known Scott for nearly 20 years, and am delighted he is my successor…He has already brought so much to our company, including his strong strategic focus on our customers and vendor partners, that I know will serve us well in the years ahead.”

CEO of CCCP and Board Member Rick Chernick, who will continue to report to and work with Dunsire, said, “For a long time we have thought of Scott as an extended part of the CCCP family, and we look forward to continuing to work with him to make our business stronger than ever.” 

Concurrently, Aprati will join the company as CFO after more than 20 years of senior finance leadership roles at Mondelez International, Kraft Foods Group (where he served as worldwide treasurer) and McDonald’s Corporation. Most recently, Darin was the chief financial officer, U.S., for the Coates Group. He will be charged with taking a strategic and integrative approach to finance, operations and continuous improvement across the enterprise, working closely with the strong teams in place and building on the current momentum and successes in these areas. He will report to Dunsire and be based in Buffalo Grove, Ill.
