CCCP Efforts in Light of COVID-19

At ACP CreativIT and Camera Corner Connecting Point, the health and well-being of our customers, employees, and vendors is a top priority. In the wake of the COVID-19 outbreak we are stepping up our sanitizing procedures to keep our employees, valued customers, and all we do business with safe. Some of the changes you can expect to see moving forward include:
*Major touch points including door knobs, registers, electronic devices and counter tops are being disinfected numerous times daily.
*Sales associates are required to wash their hands frequently and have sanitizer and each of their stations. In addition, any staff member that is experiencing symptoms or signs of illness is asked to stay home. Staff that has traveled to a high-risk location will be quarantined for two weeks.
*ACP CreativIT & CCCP employees who are able to effectively work remotely have been instructed to do so for the foreseeable future in an effort to minimize any unnecessary exposure.
*We are encouraging social distancing with our customers and trying to limit close contact when reasonable while also physically distancing the space between people.
*We have sanitizer readily available on our retail floor and ask that all devices are wiped down with a provided disinfecting wipe before being handed over to our Service Department.
We are closely monitoring this evolving situation, taking recommendations from the World Health Organization, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Wisconsin Department of Health Services, and believe the before mentioned precautionary measures will greatly reduce any chance of the virus spreading.
Currently, our Cash4Cameras Event and all classes are scheduled to go on as planned. If you have already registered for an upcoming class and would rather stay in the comfort of your home, we will happily transfer you to a future class or offer a refund.

In preparation for what may follow, we are encouraging our customers to plan for a remote work strategy. Our team is ready to help and support you in implementing a work-from-home plan for your employees.
Some items to consider for a WFH plan include:

  • VPN & remote desktop
  • On-hand stock of machines and equipment
  • Procurement of additional machines and equipment
  • Microsoft Teams (chat, team collaboration & video conferencing)
  • Audio, video and web conferencing product & tools
  • Internal file sharing utilizing cloud services (i.e. Office 365), VPN or RDS
  • Phone services, i.e. call routing and soft phone setup
  • Remote management and monitoring
  • All of your work-from-home requirements
