Shooting on location with experienced photo workshop models offers the opportunity to develop your photography skills as you learn to create images that capture the full range of expression and essence of people. The class will offer guidance on both the technical aspects of model photography as well as the direction of subjects in a variety of situations.

The location at Devil’s River Campground (16612 County Road R Maribel, WI) offers the opportunity to photograph a historic mill, barn, silo, log cabins and a series of small waterfalls. This is a great location for environmental portraits as well as scenic and nature photography.

Students comment that while they never considered shooting with a model it was really a good learning experience. They were able to take photos that were both fun and different than what they have been able to do with their families and friends.
